We have casual roles available within our Contact Centre for Customer Service Superstars. Come work for one of New Zealand’s largest online retailer and work in a fun, friendly and supportive team environment with a great work culture.

  • Proven expertise in prioritization and time management
  • Your ability to work with targets 
  • Understand customer needs 
  • Working on different systems and use of technology

Shifts are available Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 11:00pm or during the weekend between 9:00am to 7:00pm. You must be flexible to work on a rotating roster.
